In the Serra I forest you'll find an adventure circuit full of climbs and descents, where you'll be able to test your skills and agility, overcoming all sorts of wooden obstacles and structures, crossing suspension bridges, rope bridges, spider webs and vines, sliding down zip-lines and much more.
To practice this activity you'll need comfortable clothing and adequate footwear (properly fastened with shoe-laces), as well as a safety harness, which is provided by the centre and will be attached to a safety line at all times to guarantee your safety from start to end.
This activity is suitable for all ages. There are several circuits with varying difficulty levels: an S route for children ages 4 to 11, with 8 different platforms and several kinds of obstacles, and two other routes, one M and the other L, for children at least 135 cm tall and for adults, with a total of 42 obstacle modules and structures. All routes are suspended approximately 5 metres above the ground. They last around 45 minutes and take place under the constant supervision of specialised professionals.

ROUTES WORTH TRYING...
