Air Nostrum operates the route between Andorra-La Seu d’Urgell Airport and Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport. The service commenced during the winter season, and every week there are two regularly scheduled departures in each direction.

There is a regular bus service that runs between the airport and Andorra and is coordinated with the arrival and departure times of Air Nostrum’s flights. The bus to the airport departs from the National Bus Station in Andorra la Vella at 3:00 p.m., while the bus to Andorra departs from the airport 20 minutes after the flight from Madrid lands. The bus journey takes 60 minutes and costs €10 for a single ticket and €18 for a return ticket.
