An innovative 'fun spa' concept and impressive facilities – it is the largest thermal leisure spa in southern Europe – have made it one of the main attractions of the Principality.
Thermal waters for recreational purposes
The Caldea thermal spa is a revamped and original complex where the concept of the thermal spa is combined with fun and enjoyment to create a 'fun spa'. The soul of Caldea is its natural thermal water that springs forth at 70°C, with a composition rich in sulfur (S) and other mineral elements including sodium (Na), sulphate ions (SO4) and calcium (Ca), giving it with beneficial effects on our body such as healing, decongesting and antiallergic actions, among others.
Entry passes
The Caldea thermal complex has different facilities to which you can gain entry to by choosing one of the available passes: Classic, Plus or Premium.
Classic
This pass is ideal for people over the age of five, giving you three hours in the spa, as well as towel and locker hire (floor -1). The facilities included are: the large indoor lagoon with hydromassage cups, the outdoor and panoramic lagoons, the Nordic sauna, hammam and the Indo-Roman baths. Plus
With this pass, for people over 12 and with the same duration and services as the Classic pass, in addition to the aforementioned facilities you can also enjoy the famous grapefruit bath, the Aztec bath, the lemon bath and the solarium with jacuzzis. Click for more information and to book.
Premium
This pass offers the most comprehensive package and is available for people over 16. It gives you four hours to enjoy the services and facilities of the Classic and Plus modes, plus free slippers, towel and robe hire. You can enjoy the three-level indoor lagoon, the bubble bed lagoon and the outdoor lagoon with its central waterfall, in addition to the ice cabin, chromatic sauna with salt wall, contrast showers, water bar and free access to wellness workshops. Children's spa
Caldea also has a spa specifically for kids aged three to eight: the Children's Spa. This space features a thermal lagoon with a 40-cm-deep, 75-sq-metre pool where fun and relaxation go hand-in-hand, always under the direct supervision of monitors. Water beds, water currents, water cannons, a soft beach, sauna lounge, the beauty area and the fitness area complete the Children's Spa. The fun guided activities are specifically designed to develop children's psychomotor and intellectual abilities. This pass is only available in conjunction with one of the other three.
