Promotion name: Promotional campaign for the Cirque du Soleil 2026 show Ràdio Andorra.

 

Organising body: Andorra Turisme, SAU, a public company incorporated under Law 13/2007 of September 20 creating the public company Andorra Turisme, SA, registered in the Companies Register with number 12,506, book S-170, folios 161-170, on January 21, 2008, holder of tax identification number (NRT) 707655-R, with registered office at Antic Edifici de Ràdio Andorra, Avinguda de la Bartra, s/n, AD200 Encamp, Principality of Andorra (hereinafter "Andorra Turisme").

 

Purpose: These terms and conditions govern participation in the promotional draw organised by Andorra Tourism as part of its campaign to promote the 2026 Cirque du Soleil show Ràdio Andorra, consisting of a draw for an exclusive visit to the backstage areas of the Cirque du Soleil show Ràdio Andorra, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this document.

 

Territorial scope and participants: The promotion is aimed exclusively at individuals of legal age.

 

Cost of participation: Participation in the draw is free and does not involve any additional cost, notwithstanding the ordinary costs of an internet connection or use of devices used in connection with the draw, as borne by the participant.

 

Means of participation: To participate in the draw, interested parties are required to purchase tickets for the Cirque du Soleil show Ràdio Andorra on 3 or 4 July through the website https://ticketsradioandorra.visitandorra.com/ within the validity period indicated in these terms and conditions.

 

Participation necessarily implies the express acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

Only one entry per email address will be accepted. Any attempt at multiple, duplicate, automated, fraudulent or bad faith participation may lead to the immediate exclusion of the participant.

 

Duration of the promotion: The participation period will remain open from 4 May to 28 June 2026, inclusive.

 

Andorra Turisme reserves the right to extend, suspend, modify or cancel the participation period for justified technical or operational reasons, or force majeure, with the corresponding publication or communication through the same channels used to disseminate the draw, whenever this is possible.

 

Prize: From all valid entries, one (1) prize will be drawn consisting of an exclusive visit to the backstage areas of the Cirque du Soleil show Ràdio Andorra for everyone included in the same booking. The visit will take place on the day of the booking between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m.

 

The prize does not include travel to Andorra, return travel from Andorra or internal travel within Andorran territory.

 

The prize must be enjoyed on 3 or 4 July 2026, coinciding with the day they have purchased tickets to attend the show. The content of the prize may be subject to adjustments or modifications for meteorological, operational, availability, security or other reasons beyond the control of Andorra Turisme, without generating the right to compensation.

 

The prize is personal and non-transferable, and may not be subject to change, assignment, substitution, compensation or total or partial exchange for its cash value or for other products or services, unless expressly agreed to by Andorra Turisme for justified reasons.

 

In the event of cancellation or inability to see the show or enjoy the prize for reasons not attributable to Andorra Turisme, the winner will not be entitled to compensation of any kind.

 

Draw and determination of the winner: The draw will be held on 1 July 2026 at the Andorra Turisme offices, located at Antic Edifici de Ràdio Andorra, Avinguda de la Bartra, s/n, AD200 Encamp.

 

Andorra Turisme will select one (1) winner from among all entries validly registered within the promotional period. The selection procedure must guarantee the randomness, impartiality and traceability of the result.

 

Communication, acceptance and issuance of the prize:

 

Andorra Turisme will inform the winner by email at the address provided upon registration, providing them with the necessary instructions for accepting and managing the prize.

 

The winner will have a period of 24 hours to expressly accept or refuse the prize following receipt of the said email.

 

Upon the issuance or effective management of the prize, the winner must prove their identity by means of a valid national identity document or passport and provide any other information or documentation that Andorra Turisme may reasonably require to verify compliance with the participation requirements.

 

If the winner does not respond within the established period, refuses the prize, does not prove their identity or compliance with the requirements or cannot be located because the personal contact details provided are incorrect, incomplete or erroneous, they will be automatically excluded and Andorra Turisme will declare the prize void.

 

Eligibility requirements, prohibitions and incompatibilities: The following are excluded from participation in this promotion:

 

• minors;
• those who have not purchased tickets for the Cirque du Soleil show Ràdio Andorra, those who have purchased tickets for any day other than 3 or 4 July 2026, those who have purchased tickets for 3 and 4 July 2026 through any means other than the website https://ticketsradioandorra.visitandorra.com/. Therefore, sales made through accommodation and experience packages are excluded from this draw.
• people with incompatibilities or a conflict of interest, in accordance with Article 33 of Law 14/2024, of 7 November, regulating games of chance; and
   

Right of exclusion, suspension and modification: Andorra Turisme reserves the right to exclude, without prior notice, any participant who fails to comply with these terms and conditions or for whom there are indications of fraud, abuse, illicit participation or action contrary to good faith, good customs or the image of Andorra.

 

Exclusion will entail the automatic loss of any rights stemming from the condition of participant or, where applicable, winner.

 

Andorra Turisme also reserves the right to suspend, postpone, modify or cancel the promotion in whole or in part when technical, legal, organisational, force majeure or any other causes that justify it arise, without generating a right to compensation in favour of the participants.

 

Taxation: The taxation applicable to the prize will be that of the tax regulations applicable in each case, taking into account the nature of the prize, the place of issuance and the tax residence of the winner.

 

If applicable, the winner will be responsible for any taxes, fees or levies arising from accepting or redeeming the prize, unless regulations expressly state they are to be met by Andorra Turisme.

 

Attention and complaints: Participants can lodge complaints with Andorra Turisme, in writing, at the following postal address: Antic Edifici de Ràdio Andorra, Avinguda de la Bartra, s/n, Encamp (AD200) or by email at info@visitandorra.com.

 

The deadline for lodging complaints is 15 calendar days from the date of the draw. Andorra Turisme will acknowledge receipt of the complaint, and undertakes to respond to it in writing, within a maximum of one month from receipt of the claim.

 

Once the complaint has been resolved, or one month has passed since the written submission of the complaint without a response having been received, the participant may lodge a complaint with the Gaming Regulatory Council (CRAJ), under the terms set out in Article 10 of Decree 216/2025 of 17 June 2025 approving the Regulation of minor licenses.

 

Data protection: Andorra Turisme will process the personal data that participants voluntarily provide through the purchase form in order to manage their participation in the draw, contact the winner, and comply with the legal obligations arising from this promotion.

 

Additionally, and with the express authorization of the participant, their data may be used to send them commercial information about new products, experiences, content and offers related to Andorra Tourism in accordance with their interests.

 

The legal grounds for the aforementioned processing are:

 

- Article 6.1.b of Law 29/2021 of 28 October on personal data protection (LQPD), as it is necessary for the management of participation in the draw; and

 

- the consent of the interested party (Article 6.1.a LQPD), regarding the sending of commercial information.

 

The data will not be communicated to third parties, except in cases where it is necessary for the management of the prize, due to legal obligation, or for the formulation, exercise or defence of complaints.

 

Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to manage the draw and, subsequently, for the applicable legal periods. Data used for commercial purposes ill be kept as long as the interested party does not revoke their consent.

 

Participants can exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, limitation and opposition, as well as withdraw their consent at any time, by writing to Andorra Turisme via email at dpo@andorraturisme.ad.

 

Likewise, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the Andorran Data Protection Agency.

 

Andorra Turisme will not make automated decisions with legal effects on participants.

 

The participant guarantees that the data provided are true, accurate and up to date, and is responsible for any damages resulting from the communication of incorrect or inaccurate data.

 

Applicable law and jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by Andorran legislation. Any dispute arising from the interpretation, validity, execution or compliance with these terms and conditions that has not been previously resolved through the established claim channels will be submitted to the courts of the Principality of Andorra, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
