ORATORI DE SANT ANTONI PICNIC AREA, LA MASSANA
Location and contact
Although the facilities at the Oratori de Sant Antoni picnic area are not as comprehensive as others in the parish of La Massana, like those of Font del Besurt, for example, this area offers a special charm, which visitors can breathe in as they take in their medieval surroundings. Around this picnic area, you will find the Romanesque Sant Antoni de la Grella Church, a stone bridge over the crystalline waters of the River Valira d’Orient and much more… And all of this is nestled deep in the valley, between rugged mountains.
The Oratori de Sant Antoni picnic area is situated at the 4 km point of the CG3 road in Andorra, just next to the entrance to the Sant Antoni Tunnel. Its features include benches and a drinking fountain. However, there is no barbecue, so you must bring a prepared lunch or snacks.
Before visiting a picnic site, check its status at the tourist information office of the parish in question.
In the event of an incident, call 112.
