Although it climbs 400 metres, it is easy and suitable for everyone. It is 2,000m long and takes about 2 hours.

On the Camí del Cardemeller we can see the typical ‘bordes’ of Andorra, a testimonial remain of the former stock breeding life in the valley. We will cross flowering meadows and forests of Scots pine until we come to the Font del Bisbe spring (a picnic area with barbecue).

The route starts 800m above the village of Pal, at point 42º 32' 26.3394", 1º 28' 17.3418" where there is a wooden sign indicating it.

For your safety, we recommend you do the routes at altitudes of over 1,700 metres between the end of June and the end of September. However, if the weather and terrain conditions allow it, the season may extend from May to October.

You will find further details of this and other routes in the Hiking guide Trails of Andorra.
