This route is high difficulty due to its length and height.

Due to the difficulty of getting there, the surroundings of the three lakes of the Angonella remain unaltered and virgin. We will start our walk from the Romanesque church of Sant Serni in the village of Llorts, (Ordino). The landscape changes as we climb, passing from large stretches of pines to ancestral cabins, such as those of la Mollera, a magnificent example of traditional dry stone construction, ferrous rivers and centenary trees. Before the lakes, we come to the Angonella hut for up to 6 people.

The route starts next to the church of the village of Llorts (42° 35' 46",1° 31' 36").

For your safety, we recommend you do the routes at altitudes of over 1,700 metres between the end of June and the end of September. However, if the weather and terrain conditions allow it, the season may extend from May to October.

You will find further details of this and other routes in the Hiking guide Trails of Andorra.
