Andorra, nature all year round

Andorra is synonymous with nature. Visitors from far and wide come to discover the biodiversity and beauty of the Pyrenees on foot, by bicycle, and on horseback, at any time of year.

Despite its small size, the proportion of green spaces is exceptional: 90% of Andorran territory is made up of natural areas. Among them, three great gems stand out: the Sorteny Valley Nature Park, the Comapedrosa Valleys and the Madriu-Perafita-Claror Valley, the latter having been recognised by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site in the Cultural Landscape category. In all three, the relationship between human activity and the natural environment is maintained in a sustainable and harmonious balance.

Both within these parks and throughout the country, you will find any number of spots that connect you with nature: high-mountain lakes with crystal-clear waters, lush forests, deep valleys and majestic peaks almost 3,000 metres up, like Comapedrosa, Casamanya or Montmalús. Each season offers a new way to enjoy it in all its splendour: the intense green of spring, the brightness of summer, the warm colours of autumn or the whiteness of winter.

In Andorra, nature is alive and accessible to everyone. You can explore it on foot, by bicycle or on horseback, or discover it in a more relaxed way with alternatives like the Tourist Bus or the guided tours available throughout the year. Whatever your preference, you are sure to find an experience that will unite you with the essence of the Pyrenees.
