Tourist Bus - Route 5

The first visit we will make, to the Museum of Electricity, will take us on a unique journey through time, beginning with the discovery of electricity. We will also learn about the importance of electricity to the Principality of Andorra.

The Engolasters hydroelectric path is a tour about the production of electricity in which you will visit the workings of the Engolasters Lake dam, you will walk along the channels that take the water from the river and you will learn the secrets of electricity production.

From there, we go to Lake Engolasters, at an altitude of 1,620 metres, where there are views over the valley. We then visit the Romanesque church of Sant Miquel d’Engolasters, with its magnificent 17-metre high bell tower, the second highest in Andorra. This enclave enjoys exceptional views over the valley of Andorra la Vella.

After the visit, we return to the point of departure, where the route finishes.

Throughout the route you will be accompanied by a tour guide (Catalan, Spanish, French and English).
