Tourist Bus - Route 2

PLACES YOU WILL SEE

The first stop on the itinerary through Sant Julià de Lòria will be in Juberri, where we will visit the Juberri Gardens, a unique place combining a natural mountain landscape with flowerbeds and contemporary sculptures.

From Juberri we will go directly to the old quarter of Sant Julià de Lòria, where we will visit the Church of Sant Julià and Sant Germà. Inside, among other works, we can see a 16th century carving of Christ of Grace, a Baroque altarpiece, and the mural mosaic by Father Marko Ivan Rupnik.

We will then return to Andorra la Vella, where we will visit the Casa de la Vall Museum. The building dates from the end of the 16th century and in 1702 it became the seat of one of the oldest and most continuous parliaments in Europe, the General Council, created in 1419.

The route ends in Escaldes-Engordany.

On the tour you will be accompanied at all times by a tourist guide who speaks Catalan, Spanish, French and English.

Route 2: every Tuesday morning from 1 July to 15 September.
Bookings: Andorra la Vella Tourist Office (+376) 750 100 / Autocars Nadal (+376) 805 151.

On 8 September, in honour of the festival of Our Lady of Meritxell, the Tourist Bus will not be operating.
