This circular walk begins at the Romanesque church of Sant Cristòfol d'Anyós, one of the most distinctive historic churches in La Massana parish. From here, the trail climbs through extensive mountain forests to the Beixalís Pass, before continuing via Font del Mallol and Collada de l'Estall. The route combines cultural heritage, unspoilt natural landscapes and some of the best-preserved woodlands in Andorra. From its highest point, hikers are rewarded with sweeping views over the Ordino and La Massana valleys, as well as much of Andorra's central basin.

As the trail gains altitude, Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris) forests gradually give way to mountain pine (Pinus uncinata), accompanied by silver birch (Betula pendula), rowan (Sorbus aucuparia) and common juniper (Juniperus communis).

These forests provide ideal habitat for wildlife such as the Great Spotted Woodpecker (Dendrocopos major), the Red Squirrel (Sciurus vulgaris) and the Roe Deer (Capreolus capreolus), all of which can be spotted with a little patience.
