The event brings together chefs, producers and gastronomy enthusiasts from Andorra and the Pyrenees, establishing itself as a benchmark for mountain cuisine.
The Mostra Grastonòmica programme blends tradition and innovation with activities such as the Ordino Gourmet Hall, dedicated to artisanal and local products, and the Gastrolab, featuring workshops, tastings and demonstrations for all audiences.
Twenty restaurants take part in the Fair, thirteen from Andorra and seven from the Catalan Pyrenees, including Michelin-starred establishments such as Ibaya and Fonda Xesc. The initiative also showcases emerging chefs and includes a solidarity component in collaboration with UNICEF, supporting food security projects.
