If you bought your ticket online, please contact 4 Tickets' customer service team (entradas@4tickets.es). They will manage your incident and send you tickets.
If you've bought your ticket as part of an accommodation package, please contact the hotel or the travel agency you booked with so that they can handle your query directly.
Once you have paid for your tickets, you will receive an email allowing you to download them, save them to your mobile device or print them.
It is not necessary for you to bring printed tickets with you. The organisation recommends that you bring your tickets on your mobile device.
Enter your email account and search for the payment confirmation, and from there you will be able to download your tickets again.
Tickets for a cancelled show are not valid for any other concert. We recommend that you contact 4 Tickets' customer service team (entradas@4tickets.es) to request a refund, as per the terms and conditions when you bought the ticket.
If your tickets are part of an accommodation package, they will not be valid for any other concert. We recommend that you contact the hotel or travel agency to request that your tickets are refunded, as per the terms and conditions when you bought them.

If your tickets are included as part of an accommodation package, we recommend that you contact the establishment or travel agency for more information.
It is not recommended to leave the CLÀSSICAND venues during the performances for the sake of the other attendees.
The CLÀSSICAND performances are suitable for all ages and audiences.
No pets of any size are allowed in indoor or closed-off areas during CLÀSSICAND concerts, other than guide dogs accompanying their owner.
Cameras and camcorders cannot be brought into concerts.
It is forbidden to access the CLÀSSICAND venues with food or drink.
It is forbidden to bring into the venue any object not permitted by current regulations and that may pose a threat to the safety of other attendees and the performance itself.
