Ratassia de la Carmeta® is a craft liqueur prepared using walnuts and hand-collected medicinal herbs from the mountains of Andorra.
The liqueur is carefully prepared according to a long process that has been passed down from generation to generation by the family’s women.
Tradition says that the botanicals should be macerated in alcohol for 40 days under the stars. Ratassia de la Carmeta® continues this principle and extends the process to its optimum point of maceration. With the passing of time, patience and dedication, the result is a product that expresses the aroma and character of our valleys.
