In Sant Julià de Lòria, it all begins with the switching on of the Christmas lights, on 29th November at 7 p.m. in Plaça de la Germandat.

Santa Llúcia Fair
The Plaça de la Germandat and the Lauredià Cultural and Congress Centre provide the stage for the Santa Llúcia Fair on 5th, 6th and 7th December. As is the case every year, there will be traditional stalls selling handicrafts and Christmas decorations, as well as storytelling for children, musical performances and other activities suitable for all ages.

Father Christmas's Postbox
From 15th to 23rd December, Father Christmas’s postbox will be available in the lobby of the Lauredià Cultural and Congress Centre so that the children can post their letters. 

Activities and shows

• Spin on top (giant spinning tops), with the Viu el Teatre Company. A creative experience that sparks the curiosity of young and old alike when they see them and becomes a fun, modern, visually attractive and practical game that defies gravity and invites you to let go! For children aged 3 and up. From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Plaça de la Germandat. 24th December.
• The Magic Igloo. A space that awakens the excitement of Christmas, for children and adults. A family show with storytelling and then a snowstorm inside the igloo. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Plaça de la Germandat. 24th December.
• Steam Pinballs, with the Holoqué Company. Participatory mixed reality installation where performing arts, crafts and immersive technology come together. 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in Plaça de la Germandat. 24th December.

Visit from Father Christmas and his elves. On Christmas Eve, Father Christmas will receive children from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., at the Casa Comuna. Places must be reserved at www.santjulia.ad. 

Midnight Mass
On Christmas Eve, Midnight Mass will be held at the Church of Sant Julià and Sant Germà.

The Tió Christmas Log 
Scavenger Hunt 'Tió's game', with the Gaudire Contingut Creatiu Company. The Tió Christmas Log farted and fell apart. All participating teams will have to work together to rebuild it and, if necessary, make it 'poop'! At 11:30 a.m. in Plaça de la Germandat, 26th December.

Els Pastorets 2025-26
The 32nd edition of the traditional performance of Els Pastorets ('The Little Shepherds', based on the work by Josep Maria Folch i Torres) will be directed by Núria Montes and Txell Díaz. Performances will take place on 26th and 28th December and 4th and 6th January, with the first session at 6 p.m. and the second at 8 p.m. Price: €3 (free for children up to 11 years old).  Tickets can be purchased at www.santjulia.ad/entrades and by calling 744 044.

Sant Sylvester Fun Run
