Sustainable gastronomy
Fifteen restaurants are taking part in the 17th Winter Cuisine Festival, which is held under the umbrella of the La Massana Fogons initiative and has the aim of promoting the parish's gastronomy, combining traditional recipes with seasonal, locally grown ingredients of the highest quality.
The restaurateurs will apply their creative energies to typical winter fare, serving up high-mountain cuisine with deliciously innovative touches.
Don't let this chance to taste the fusion of flavours, ingredients and techniques offered by the chefs of the participating establishments, which will naturally include the seasonal favourite dish of calçots (green onions).
