In this edition of La Massana’s series of events dedicated to winter cuisine, the focus is on soups and stews made to traditional recipes, which we commonly refer to as “home cooking”.
La Massana’s restaurateurs will offer a variety of traditional dishes made from high-quality local products. Whether sweet or savoury, and ranging from flavourful soups and fish and meat stews to legumes and pulses, all of the dishes on offer will warm the body during the winter season as well as comfort the spirit, by evoking the cooking of our grandmothers. And you can also taste foreign specialties, such as calçots, typical of this time of year.
La Massana Fogons offers an attractive range of culinary delights that will make you feel right at home!
