They offer modern, spacious apartments in two small, 3-storey buildings in the town of El Tarter. The fully equipped apartments can sleep up to 8 people. They each have a lounge-dining room with large sofa bed, plasma screen TV, bathroom with bath tub and a separate kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, vitroceramic hob, oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and kitchen utensils. Linen and towels are provided for each guest and are changed mid-week in the case of longer stays. They also have Wi-Fi and covered parking at an extra charge. Pets are allowed upon request and at an extra charge.

The businesses managing tourist accommodation are independent units that form part of a housing complex, completely furnished and equipped, for tourist holiday rental and for periods of over two nights and under three months. The tourist apartments are in buildings entirely put over to tourist accommodation and have hospitality services such as reception, daily cleaning and restaurant service.
