Get a look at the heart of Andorra like you’ve never seen before. At the Roc de Senders Lookout Point you’ll enjoy panoramic views of the entire valley.
Located on the La Comella and La Plana road, its impressive scenery is worthy of a picture postcard. Spread before you will be the entire shaded side of the central area of the parish as well as its neighbouring village of Santa Coloma.
Far off in the northeast direction you will catch sight of Pic de Carroi, a peak at over 2,300 metres in elevation that can only be reached in a 4x4 vehicle.
How to get there?
To get to the Roc de Senders Lookout Point you’ll have to go by foot, taking the Rec de l’Obac route or following the path that leaves from the Sports Complex in Serradells.
When to go there?
You can visit this lookout point in summer or winter, and don’t miss the chance to witness the Andorran valley after the first snowfall of the year!

ROUTES WORTH TRYING...
Covering 15.8 km, route 9 in the Madriu Valley will take you through two parishes, Sant Julià de Lòria and Escaldes-Engordany.
It has an average gradient of 5.8% and climbs 238 metres over a distance of 4.1 kilometres .
The Tomb de Prat Primer difficult hiking route can be done from the parish of Andorra la Vella.
A route that begins with a steep climb over the first few kilometres, after which you can go at speed for nearly the whole route and get some good training in.
The Volta a Ràmio is a circular hiking route perfect for discovering the Madriu-Perafita-Claror Valley.
