The scenic diversity in evidence along the route is one of its main attractions. The trail runs close to a trough cut from the rock (unique to the whole of Andorra), passes the bordes (huts) of Mereig and its fields, and ends in a forest area that takes us to Coll d’Ordino, with plenty of animal tracks.

STARTING POINT

Collet de Montaup, on the CS-240, at kilometre point 6.5. The route starts at the “Estructuras autogeneradoras” (resembling totems) and continues towards the Roc del Quer lookout point.
