Nestling between the river, forest and open areas with magnificent scenery, it is the ideal place for a beginners’ snowshoe excursion. You will also be able to enjoy the facilities of the guarded mountain hut (refugio).

STARTING POINT

Follow the CG-3 towards Ordino, then continue towards El Serrat. Once past the village, a little beyond km 18, turn right on the CS-370 following the sign for the Parc Natural de Sorteny (Sorteny Nature Park).

After a climb of barely 2 km, you will find a parking zone for Canya de la Rabassa, the departure point for your itinerary.
