The route starts at the Grandvalira ski resort (Grau Roig sector), which offers some very well equipped circuits for ski touring. Once you have left the resort behind, the ascent to Montmalús is amazingly beautiful. The descent can be undertaken via its face towards the lakes of Pessons. Ski touring enthusiasts will be awe-inspired.
