Its territory includes the Pic del Comapedrosa, Andorra’s highest peak (2,942m), which gives the park its name.
The Comapedrosa Nature Park covers a protected area of 15.42 km2. It stands out for its imposing high mountain scenery formed by forests, lakes and waterfalls. Its network of hiking routes and high mountain huts allows for a large number of excursions to contemplate the local fauna and flora.
Guided thematic excursions are organised in the summer (eco tourist routes): the Guided hiking route: Pla de l’estany and the Guided hiking route: Tomb al Riu Pollós. The park has an interpretative path which is apt for all ages and three huts, one of which, Comapedrosa , is guarded, and provides restaurant and lodging facilities during the summer months.

Interpretation centre and family games area
To enjoy a first-hand experience of Comapedrosa, we recommend that you visit the Comapedrosa Interpretation Center in the center of Arinsal. There you will find out interesting information about this natural park. You will also be able to relax and have a great time playing “Salva la Serenalla”!
This activity is held in the Natural Park’s interpretation circuit and is available throughout the year. More information is available at the Tourism Office of La Massana, or in the Park Information Center.

Comapedrosa Communal Natural Park’s viewpoints allow to take in some very impressive landscapes! For example, the viewpoint of La Roca de la Sabina, located at an altitude of almost 1900 meters high and at the foot of the Arinsal ski resort, offers spectacular views of the landscape!
This park is open to the public. To access this park, take the CG4 main road to Arinsal (La Massana parish). Once there, simply follow the signs to the park.

The Roca de la Sabina viewpoint is at an altitude of 1,896 metres on the CS-520, at Km 4 in the parish of La Massana.
This ski simulator is located in La Caubella, in the ski resort of Vallnord-Pal Arinsal. And it’s one of the most advanced simulators in the world!
There are three craft beer producers in Andorra: Cerveses Alpha, Boris Craft Beer and Cervesa & And, come and try them all!
Located in the centre of the village of Arinsal, the Berques d'Arinsal sports circuit is designed for mountain biking, skating and skateboarding
ROUTES WORTH TRYING...
The GR-11 is a hiker’s grande route that crosses the Pyrenees on the southern side , from the Cantabrian to the Mediterranean seas.
Route 12 starts on the CG-5 in the village of Erts (1,340 m) and ends on the CS-520 in Vallnord-Arinsal (1,914 m).
The Pla de l’Estany trail hiking route is located in Comapedrosa Natural Park.
Is a former passing place between the Arinsal and Ordino valleys that gives us spectacular views of the north face of the Pic Casamanya.
