They can accommodate from two to 10 people and are equipped with cable TV, safe, Wi-Fi and central heating, along with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a fridge-freezer, oven, glass ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a full range of cooking utensils. One of the apartments boasts three balconies and provides both bedlinen and towels. Credit card payments are accepted. The apartments also offer a safe, ski storage service and parking facilities (reservation required). The apartments are available all year round. They are not adapted for disabled access and pets are not allowed.
The businesses managing tourist accommodation are independent units that form part of a housing complex, completely furnished and equipped, for tourist holiday rental and for periods of over two nights and under three months. The tourist apartments are in buildings entirely put over to tourist accommodation and have hospitality services such as reception, daily cleaning and restaurant service.
