The apartments can accommodate between two and twelve people and feature heating, digital TV, bathroom and parking, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all essential utensils. Bed linen and towels are provided at S.O.S.A. furnished apartments, which include a washing machine, clothes airers, Wi-Fi Internet connection, TV and other services. The apartments do not have their own safes, although there is one in the office. Credit card payments are accepted and the apartments are open year round. Pets are not allowed.
The businesses managing tourist accommodation are independent units that form part of a housing complex, completely furnished and equipped, for tourist holiday rental and for periods of over two nights and under three months. The tourist apartments are in buildings entirely put over to tourist accommodation and have hospitality services such as reception, daily cleaning and restaurant service.
