All of the apartments have an open-plan living room and kitchen. They offer cable TV and a full range of appliances, including fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a glass ceramic hob, plus a full set of kitchen utensils. The services and facilities provided include Wi-Fi, central heating, safe (at reception), washing machine, clothes dryer, storage room and parking facilities. Bedlinen and towels are also provided, and pets are welcome. The apartments are available all year round and customer services are provided between 9:00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Credit card payments are accepted. The apartments are not adapted for disabled access. Some of the properties have a terrace.
The businesses managing tourist accommodation are independent units that form part of a housing complex, completely furnished and equipped, for tourist holiday rental and for periods of over two nights and under three months. The tourist apartments are in buildings entirely put over to tourist accommodation and have hospitality services such as reception, daily cleaning and restaurant service.
