La Massana celebrates the 18th edition of the Winter Cuisine Days, a well-established initiative aimed at showcasing the parish’s gastronomy and highlighting the quality and variety of its culinary offer. A total of 16 restaurants take part in this new edition of La Massana Fogons, a proposal that goes beyond dining out and seeks to preserve the area’s culinary heritage, with winter creations that combine tradition, creativity and locally sourced, seasonal produce.

The event brings together venues with different culinary styles, mainly mountain cuisine, but also more informal options such as tapas and creative small plates. Despite this diversity, traditional high-mountain cuisine continues to play a prominent role, with emblematic dishes reinterpreted and other winter creations featuring local products and surprising touches.

Taking part this year are: Borda Xica, La Llum d’Oli, La Taberna Comapedrosa, Hostal Palanques, Calma Espai Gastronòmic, Emo (Hotel NH Collection Andorra Palomé), La Huella Vegana, Scotton’s 20, L’Hort de Casa, Molí dels Fanals, Angelo Restaurant, Tapeo de Dario, Toc Restaurant & Cocktail Bar, Babek, Dopi and Vine, Vins i Platets.

In addition, in 2026 the gastronomic passport continues via the La Massana+ app, allowing visitors to collect stamps and receive a gift once the route is completed.
