General Conditions – online draw

Within the framework of actions to promote Andorran gastronomy through the 14th Andorra a Taula food and drink fair, the public company Andorra Turisme, SAU (hereinafter, Andorra Turisme), incorporated in accordance with Andorran Act 13/2007 of 20 September, concerning the creation of the public company Andorra Turisme, SA, registered in the Companies Register under number 12.506, book S-170, sheets 161-170, dated 21 January 2008, holding tax code NRT 707655-R and with registered address at Carrer Prat de la Creu, 59-65, bloc D, 4t pis, AD500 Andorra La Vella, is organising a competition consisting of winning one of four menus from the 14th Andorra a Taula food and drink fair for one person from amongst all the participants registering on the website www.visitandorra.com in accordance with the terms and conditions indicated below.

Competition entry involves the collection of the personal data deemed necessary and the express acceptance of these rules. Please read the competition rules carefully.

Terms and conditions of use

Participants: all persons of legal age residing in Andorra, Spain or France who have registered by providing the following details: name, surname(s), email address, date of birth, postcode and country of residence. Entrants may not register twice using the same email address.

Competition duration: Participants may enter from 29/10/2020 until 19/11/2020.

Prize*: Each of the winners (4 in total) will be given a menu from the 14th Andorra a Taula food and drink fair for one person. The menus will be unique to the restaurants participating in the fair.

Winners will not be able to choose the menu or the restaurant. These will be decided strictly by the order in which winners are selected. You can view the menus at www.andorraataula.com. The prize will be valid from 7 to 29 November 2020. The content of the prize is subject to changes depending on the availability of the establishments participating in the competition and/or causes beyond the control of Andorra Turisme. The prize is personal and non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other item. The winner will not be able to present any claim on any grounds.

Draw: the draw will take place on 20/11/2020 at the offices of Andorra Turisme, at Carrer Prat de la Creu, 59-65, escala D, 4t pis, AD500 Andorra la Vella.

Winner: the name, surname(s) and country of residence of the winner of the draw will be published on the website www.visitandorra.com on the day of the draw. The winner will also receive information by email about how to receive the prize.

When collecting their prize, the winner will need to show their national ID document or passport for identification purposes. The winner must provide all the information and documentation necessary at the time it is requested by Andorra Turisme to prove the veracity of the personal data provided. From the date of receipt of the email in which they are notified that they have won the prize, the winner will have seven days to accept or forfeit the prize. If the winner does not accept or forfeit the prize within the deadline indicated or they cannot be located because the ID details provided are incomplete or incorrect, the prize will be forfeited by default.

Rights of exclusion and modification: Andorra Turisme reserves the right not to publish and to exclude at any time from participating in the draw any entrants who it considers have not complied with these rules, as well as anyone who cannot participate for legal reasons or for reasons in conflict with the good practice and image of Andorra. The exclusion of any entrant implies the loss of all rights deriving from the status as entrant. Andorra Turisme reserves the right to modify or cancel the draw on any grounds that it deems appropriate, without prior notice being required and without generating any form of right or compensation for entrants.

Applicable law and jurisdiction: all aspects of these general terms and conditions are governed by Andorran law and any claim deriving therefrom must be disputed in courts in the Principality of Andorra.
