Mindful hiking is one of the wellness activities available with the professional mountain guides Guineu Blanca. With a whole range of options at your fingertips, you’ll enjoy many health benefits.

A walk to connect with yourself

Based on a practice very similar to forest bathing, mindful hiking also helps us to restore balance to our body and mind and to connect with our inner essence, while feeling the energy and life of the forest. The difference, however, is that in this case, the activity also includes informative workshops, where participants will learn interesting facts about the flora and fauna surrounding them.

Mindful hiking as a family

Mindful hiking is also the perfect activity to enjoy with children. During the walks, children will learn not only to be in connection with themselves but also to protect and love nature. The educational workshops are the perfect way to round the day off, making the experience instructive and informative:  your little ones will learn lots about the environment, while enjoying a unique moment of well-being.

Mindful hiking walks should be done in silence, and can be enjoyed as a group or individually, if you prefer a more introspective, personal experience.

The outings last between 2 and 3 hours, and can be done in any forest in the country. This means you can visit some of the most emblematic nature parks in Andorra, such as Comapedrosa Nature Park and Sorteny Nature Park, among others. This activity is available all year round.
