The Sant Cristòfol Route goes through part of La Rabassa woods, with a descent through the woods suitable for all levels. The route starts on a broad dirt trail at an altitude of 1380 m, making the climb easier. You’ll also be surrounded by nature from the moment you set off.

This trail leads to Sant Cristòfol chapel, which you’ll come across later, on your descent. The climb continues until you come out on La Rabassa motorway, where you’ll soon reach an altitude of 1508 m.

Here, you’ll see an entrance on your right. Take this to keep riding through the woods, this time heading down. This first part of the descent takes you to Sant Cristòfol chapel. The chapel was built in the late 1950s by the residents of Sant Julià de Lòria with the simple purpose of making La Rabassa woods even more spectacular. It also has several picnic areas, which are perfect for a break as you enjoy the natural landscape.

From here you begin the second part of the descent, which has been especially designed so you can enjoy the woods without any difficulty whatsoever. This part of the descent will lead you directly to the end point of the route, right where you began. The route takes 35 minutes. Appropriate for mountain bikes and e-bikes.
