The Pic dels Llacs (Lakes Peak) is the highest point of Setúria Valley, an area of great importance due to the extensive grazing land that allows for major pastoral activity. May or early June is a great time to do this route, as the grass is covered in a blanket of Pulsatilla Vernalis (spring pasqueflower, arctic violet or lady of the snows), a semi-evergreen perennial with white and lilac anemone-like flowers and hairy leaves that allow to survive in mountainous regions.
This route starts at Port de Cabús (Pal ski resort) - (42° 32' 7.39",1° 24' 48.85").
Level of difficulty: medium
Duration: 3 or 4 hours
For your safety, we recommend you do the routes at altitudes of over 1,700 metres between the end of June and the end of September. However, if the weather and terrain conditions allow it, the season may extend from May to October.
This activity is only available in July and August (both morning and afternoon departures).
