Located at an altitude of 2,572 m, the peak of Alt de la Capa will give you a magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding peaks and the ski resorts of Pal and Arinsal thanks to its isolated location and its pyramidal shape.

This route is recommended for hikers who have a passion for high mountains and more solitary trails.

The path begins at km2 of the route that goes up from the village of Arinsal to its ski resort (N42 33.934 E1 28.409). There, you will find a wooden sign marking the Turer Pass. It is important that you follow the yellow beacons, which will first take you through a beautiful forest of Scots pines and firs and then through the mountain meadow to the Turer Pass (N42 33.587 E1 27.846). From there, you can continue your ascent up to the top of the peak.

You may be lucky enough to see some Pyrenean chamois or bearded vultures.

You can go back down the same way or you can go back down to the road by crossing the Arinsal ski slopes.
