FAQS

Here are some answers to the most frequently asked questions about MŪV by Cirque du Soleil. If you don't find what you’re looking for, feel free to contact us.

These tickets are expected to go on sale in May.

If you signed up to receive information about MŪV by Cirque Du Soleil 2022, you will receive a notification at the email you signed up with informing you that you can now buy tickets. You will just have to select the type of ticket you prefer: standing tickets, seated tickets, or hotel + ticket package.

Otherwise, you can buy your tickets in the Tickets section of the official MŪV by Cirque du Soleil web page.

There will be three prices based on the type of ticket you select, your location in the stands and the day of the event:

  • Standing ticket on the main floor for €5 (all shows)
  • Seated ticket in the side stand for €20 and in the central stand for €23 (for shows on Tuesdays through Thursdays)
  • Seated ticket in the side stand for €22 and in the central stand for €25 (for shows on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays)

You can book up to 10 standing tickets or seated tickets in the stands in a single purchase.

For reasons of safety and visibility, we do not recommend the standing area of the main floor for children under 3 years old. Audience members in the standing area will actively participate in the show, following indications from the artists during the performance. We recommend buying a seated ticket in the stands, where children will be able to sit on an adult's lap.

When you complete the purchase of your tickets, you will receive an email confirming the payment was made correctly with your tickets, at the email address you provided us.

If you did not receive an email, do the following: check your spam folder or other folders for filtered or unwanted emails. If you still can’t find the email, please get in touch with us by writing to muv@andorraturisme.ad.

When you register during the ticket purchasing process, you accept the Qualified Data Protection Law and the legal provisions. You can see them at this link.

Once you have paid for your tickets, you will receive an email to download and save them to your mobile device or print them.

If you go into your email account, you can find the payment notification message where you can download and reprint the tickets.

No, you don’t need printed tickets to enter the venue. If you have your tickets on your mobile device you will be able to enter the venue once they have been validated at the entrance.

Tickets to a cancelled show are not valid on any other day. Remember that the organisers cannot guarantee that there will be tickets available.

We suggest getting a refund for your tickets. To do so, you just have to contact the entity, company or organisation (accommodation, travel agency, tourist office, commercial establishment, guide, etc.) that sold you the ticket and present the following documents:

  • Original ticket.
  • < >Proof of payment for the tickets. If you purchased them through visitandorra.com, another entity, company or organisation (accommodation, travel agency, tourist office, commercial establishment, guide, etc.), you will have to contact the person who sold them to you and follow their cancellation policy.

We inform you that the organisation will in no circumstances cover expenses other than the cost of the tickets to the event at the price established with each person taking up the offer.
