ANDORRA LA VELLA
Demanding route where after only a few kilometres we come across some steep climbs, cycle sprints along paths and step descents.
Vertical route with a continuous steep slope, and with the final reward of views looking out from the Refugi Prat Primer.
A route that begins with a steep climb over the first few kilometres, after which you can go at speed for nearly the whole route and get some good training in.
A route that allows a good pace, on which despite the climbs and descents you can keep up a good rhythm.
SANT JULIÀ DE LÒRIA
Circular route around Sant Julià de Lòria, where we will run along the obaga slope and the valley's solarium.
A route with a bit of everything, good views, fast stretches, steep ascents and even a short stretch with ropes.
This route is not technically difficult, and allows for changes of pace at altitude along a loop that takes us around La Rabassa and the Refugi de Pimes.
ESCALDES-ENGORDANY
Route with many stretches you can run, which will allow you to keep up a good constant pace.
A route that is not technically difficult and will allow you to enter the Madriu-Perafita-Claror Valley.

Alpine route, with a central section along a ridge, between Tossal de Braibal and Cap de les Agols, where we should be used to heights.
