Ordino is located in the northwest of the country and is home to some important examples of our historical legacy.
The parish is made up of the towns Ordino, Segudet, Sornàs, Ansalonga, La Cortinada, Arans, Llorts and El Serrat, all located along the CG3 motorway.
In winter, the Vallnord-Arcalís ski resort is the ideal destination for the more intrepid skiers, and in summer, the parish offers a multitude of outdoor sports activities and a rich network of nature trails, such as the ones that cross the Sorteny Valley Nature Park or the route towards the Tristaina lakes. Working your way across the valley and its villages, you cannot help but notice the preservation of heritage and rural traditions: from Romanesque paintings in Sant Martí de la Cortinada, sculptures along the Iron Route or ancestral homes such as the Casa d'Areny-Plandolit Museum.
We recommend you visit the Miniatures Museum, the Nature Interpretation Centre of La Cortinada, The Cal Pal Mill and Saw Works and the Postal Museum.
