The postal system is part of the most recent history of Andorra. We invite you to enter this virtual museum space where you will discover unique things, such as the fact that the Principality does not have its own postal service and that we use those of neighbouring countries: Correos in Spain and La Poste in France. They both issue Andorra-themed stamps every year.

Guide to the Digital Postal Museum
The virtual space has several sections which make up a general mosaic so that everyone can enjoy the experience freely.

  • A brief introduction to the history of the museum, with a selection of images from the various areas accompanied by the texts that identified them.
  • Audiovisuals explaining some of the singularities of our mail at various stages of its history.
  • “Behind closed doors”: A series of short stories on various topics related to the collection and the history of communication.
  • The digitised collection of Andorran stamps issued from 1928 to 2020 by the Spanish Correos and from 1931 to 2022 by the French La Poste.
  • Teaching activities and workshops for children to discover communication via letters.
