The event features different concerts, with different prices depending on the artist and the concert type. You can find more information on the prices and dates for each concert in the schedule on the home page

You don't need to bring the printed tickets. The controlled entry points to the venue have automatic readers that can read your ticket code from a mobile device.

If you bought your ticket directly, please contact Ticketmaster's customer service. They will handle your query and send the tickets to you or tell you where to collect them from.  

If you have bought your ticket within an accommodation package, please contact your accommodation or the travel agency with which you booked so that they can manage your case directly.

Did you purchased tickets for a postponed concert? Ticketmaster will contact you shortly to inform you about the change of date (except for the concert of Aihnoa Arteta, which is still on sale). If you still have questions, you can contact Ticketmaster Customer Service.

If your tickets are included in an accommodation package, they will not be valid for any other concert. We advise you to contact the accommodation or travel agency to request a refund for the tickets, in accordance with the initial purchase terms and conditions.

Tickets for a cancelled concert bought through the Ticketmaster purchasing platform are not valid for any other day. We recommend that you get in touch with Ticketmaster's customer service team to request a refund, as per the terms and conditions when you bought the ticket.

Yes, whenever you'd like to leave the venue, a member of staff will give you a sticker which, together with your ticket, will allow you to leave and come back to Andorra Mountain Music.

No. Entry to the Andorra Mountain Music venue with food and drink is forbidden. Inside the area, there's a restaurant and bar area that opens when the doors open at 6 p.m., two hours before the concert begins. 

Cameras and camcorders cannot be brought into concerts. Mobile phones can be used.

No pets of any size are allowed to come to Andorra Mountain Music, except for guide dogs accompanied by their owner.

Children under 14 years of age must always be accompanied by authorised adults at concerts.

Yes: both the entrances to the venue and the venue itself are adapted for people with reduced mobility.
The venue has first aiders, as well as a first aid area with strict hygiene and sanitary measures in place.

It is forbidden to bring into the venue any object not permitted by current regulations and that may pose a threat to the safety of other attendees, according to the organisation.

In accordance with applicable safety, hygiene and health regulations, and the indications of the relevant authorities, Andorra Mountain Music will be authorised to modify the occupancy and distribution of spectators for each event.
