Local products are the focus of the latest edition of this seasonal gastronomic event in the restaurants in La Massana.

Andorran gastronomy combines traditional high-mountain recipes with the creativity of the country's chefs and restauranteurs to offer enticing menus all year round. The winter cuisine events in La Massana open the doors to discovery.

The colder months are the perfect time to try Andorran mountain potato trinxat (hash) or other innovative dishes prepared using local products with a seal of quality. Another unforgettable star of the winter season is pork, with sausages from the country and various traditional recipes. Pulses, vegetables and beef also play an important role during this season.

Brimming with menus showcasing local products, at these events you'll also be able to sample specialities from further afield, such as calçots (a type of scallion typical at this time of year), which you can try up until the end of March.
