National Auditorium Season

The National Auditorium season is consolidating its format with ten musical evenings for all audiences.

The musical season at the National Auditorium consolidates the format from 2016, with an eclectic programme combining national and international artists to offer both local audiences and tourists a diverse range of wuality music. 

2019 programme

LOVE OF LESBIAN. This indie group from Barcelona is performing for the first time in Andorra, and they’ve prepared a unique set list for the occasion. Sunday 2 December (2018), 7.30 p.m.

ELS PALI - “Mi plano privado”. The Andorran fusion band Els Pali presents their first studio album, Mi plano privado, fusing flamenco and rumba with pop, funk, reggae and rock, among others. The trio will be accompanied by local musicians and artists, as well as students from the Barcelona Music Workshop's Higher School. Saturday 19 January 9.30 p.m.

FITO PÁEZ - “Solo piano”. This singer, songwriter and pianist is currently on a tour that has taken him to cities around the world. With the piano as his only accompanist, this internationally renowned multi-award winning artist from Argentina offers a look back at his musical career spanning 30 years. Saturday 2 February 9.30 p.m.

NIÑA PASTORI - “Bajo tus alas”. Always faithful to her unique personal style, Niña Pastori is presenting her new album: “Bajo tus alas”. Once again, the award-winning artist from Cádiz has shown off her ability to combine the purity of her voice with new musical tendencies. Thursday 7 March, 9.30 p.m.

JAMES RHODES - “Fire On All Sides Tour”. At the age of 42, without any formal musical training, this British pianist has become one of the world's best-known purveyors of classical music. Charismatic, intuitive and talented, Rhodes focuses on direct communication with the audience. At the Auditorium, he will be presenting “Fire on all sides”, his latest work. Wednesday 3 April, 9:30 p.m.

CARLOS SADNESS - “Diferentes tipos de luz”. Barcelona’s Carlos Sadness is one of the most successful artists on the indie pop music scene, and has a legion of followers on social networks. He will be at the Auditorium to present his latest work, Diferentes tipos de luz, with tracks such as "Hale Boop", which has already become a firm success. Thursday 25 April, 9:30 p.m.

DÀMARIS GELABERT. In recent years, singer, teacher and music therapist Dàmaris Gelabert has become a leading voice in children's music. His video clips for the songs "Bon dia" and "Els dies de la setmana" have received over 10 million views on YouTube. Accompanied by his usual combo, this family event at the Auditorium Season is sure to be one the little ones won't forget. Sunday 5 May, 12 midday.  

QUIM SALVAT – ‘Quan la música pot anar més enllà’. This singer-songwriter won the 14th Carles Sabater Prize and was a finalist for the 2nd edition of the LAFI Andorra Music Awards. He will be performing at the Auditorium for the first time. The concert is part of the "Quan la música pot anar més enllà" tour, where he will be presenting his repertoire accompanied by his band. Wednesday 8 May, 9:30 p.m.

CHRISTINA ROSENVINGE - “Un hombre rubio”. Popular Spanish singer-songwriter, Christina Rosenvinge, will be presenting her latest album, "Un hombre rubio" at the Auditorium, with her disk that talks about male isolation. Rosenvinge was awarded the 2018 National Current Music Award. Wednesday 29 May, 9:30 p.m.

ELS AMICS DE LES ARTS. Last November, this signature Catalan pop band brought their “Un estrany poder” tour with their latest album to an end, with a special concert at the Barcelona Palau de la Música. The concert also marked the departure of one of the group’s founding members. This year, they’re returning to the Auditorium as part of their new tour, now as a trio. Els Amics de les Arts will be going back to some of the tracks that first brought them success and awards such as the Best Artist of the Year (Enderrock Awards) or the ARC award for the Best Theatre and Auditorium Tour; both in 2018. Thursday 20 June 9.30 p.m.
