2024 Andorran Puppet Festival
Encamp’s Puppet Festival is starting a new chapter with Ànima, an event designed to place it on Andorra’s cultural map while also serving as a tourist attraction.
As well as the traditional activities for children and youngsters, Ànima aims to broaden its scope and attract new audiences with performances for adults. These performances will explore the world of contemporary puppetry and the diversity of disciplines that intersect with it, such as dance, masks, and the manipulation of objects. The month of November, and in particular the popular celebrations of Halloween and All Saints’ Day, provide the symbolic and thematic framework for this year’s new-look event.
