FLOR DE NIT, EL CABARET

De  21/05/2015

Auditori Claror, ( Sant Julià de Lòria )

“Flor de nit, el cabaret” is the Joint Season musical, and will be performed at the Auditori Claror in Sant Julià de Lòria, on 21 May 2015, at 9:30 p.m.

“Flor de nit” is a cabaret of the Paral·lel which brings together the Barcelona of the artists and the rich, of the dandies and the showgirls, of the revolutionaries and reactionaries at the times of hope between the Universal Exhibition of 29 and the outbreak of the Civil War. On this historical background, “Flor de nit” talks about a four-sided triangle of love.

The “Flor de nit” cabaret is a true symbol of what nightlife was like in Barcelona between the wars, and is also a metaphor of Rose, the leading character in this musical comedy.

A version of the musical show produced by Dagoll Dagom in 1992 with text by Manuel Vázquez Montalbán based on an idea by Dagoll Dagom, additional lyrics by Joan Lluís Bozzo and music by Albert Guinovart. Led by Beth Rodergas, Lluís Canet, Jorge Velasco, Bealia Guerra, Frank Capdet, Gracia Fernández and Joan Vázquez.
