This route around the Parc Natural del Sorteny will lead us to discover birds and butterflies that live in the damp areas of the park.
The route takes us around the Pla de Sorteny plain through meadows, subalpine forests of mountain pine and screes with exuberant plants such as the adenostyle, accompanied by blue and yellow monkshood. On the plains of Sudorn we will see the Pyrenean lily, ragworts and bluebells. The streams and wetlands conceal the Pyrenean newt and salamanders. It’s worth watching the multicoloured butterflies, including some rare varieties such as the apollo.
