Different popular “castanyades” are held in Andorra for All Saints.
The restaurant La Borda de l'Avi, located on the outskirts of La Massana, is of recognised standing in the country and abroad.
They specialise in grilled meats, traditional and Mediterranean cuisine, fish and a large variety of snacks and desserts. The restaurant La Borda de l'Avi offers daily menus, for midday and evening, to which are added others newly created: “Escapada” and “Chef’s choice”, with an excellent quality-price ratio. The a la carte has been completely renewed, with a greater variety of dishes. The basis is still the typical mountain cooking, with grilled meats and stews, fish, seafood, a large diversity of snacks and other specialities, all prepared with top quality products from the market.
The restaurant has capacity for 200 people, with a terrace and two rooms upstairs, suitable for business occasions and celebrations of all kinds. On the ground floor there are spectacular grills which dominate the dining room, all this in a welcoming and intimate atmosphere. The restaurant staff speaks Catalan, Spanish, French and English. There is access for the disabled, free Wi-Fi, private car park, pets are allowed and credit cards are accepted. La Borda de l’Avi is open from 13.15 h to 16.00 h and 20.30 h to 23.00 h, every day except Monday, when it is closed.
