The Koy Hermitage Restaurant is located inside the Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa in Soldeu, Canillo.
This gourmet restaurant run by renowned chef Hideki Matsuhisa, winner of a Michelin star, offers the same culinary menu as his Koy Shunka Restaurant in Barcelona. It also serves excellent dishes specially catering for coeliacs, vegetarians, intolerances and allergies. Its outstanding dishes include Yakisoba with prime Iberian pork and sea cucumber, lobster sautéed with Japanese mushrooms and traditional sushi or sahimi. This restaurant also offers a wide variety of Japanese beers and wines. Open only in winter, it offers evening service only, Wednesday to Monday: the first at 7.30 p.m. and the second at 10.00 p.m. Its services and facilities include a Wi-Fi connection and it’s fully adapted for people with disabilities. Service is offered in Catalan, Spanish, French and English and pets are not allowed. The restaurant can accommodate up to 45 diners.
