This restaurant is located in the Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa in a natural setting in the centre of the village of Soldeu. The chef is the renowned Nandu Jubany, who has a Michelin star at his restaurant Can Jubany in Vic. The delicious dishes on offer include cannelloni stuffed with roast meat, trinxat mashed potato with botifarra sausage, crunchy grilled pork, crispy suckling pig with mango, pineapple and pear chutney and crema catalana, among others. The restaurant can seat up to 100 diners, offering private rooms, banqueting facilities for all kinds of events, disabled access and free Wi-Fi. It is open only during the winter season in the evenings, from 7.30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Service is offered in Catalan, Spanish, French, and English. Pets are not allowed.
