Snow sculpture is a form of artistic expression that has followers all around the world. In el Pas de la Casa the starter’s gun will fire on this new edition of the international meeting on Friday 6 March at 10 a.m. The meeting will close on Sunday 8 March at 12 p.m., when the jury will assess the sculptures. The works will be scored bearing in mind the technique used, the creativity and the coherence.
Competitors will work in pairs and may also have an extra member in their team. Professional participants will be competing for prizes of 1,000, 700 and 500 euros, whereas the students will be competing for 500, 250 and 100 euros. Three special mentions for excellence will also be given.
