EL MERCAT DE LA VALL

EL MERCAT DE LA VALL

From 01/04/2017 to 07/10/2017

Centre històric, ( Andorra la Vella )

The Mercat de la Vall is held on the first Saturday of every month in the old quarter of Andorra la Vella. Its stalls sell a broad selection of local and artisanal products.

The first Saturday of every month the Old Quarter of Andorra la Vella fills up with market stalls and turns into the Mercat de la Vall. It's the perfect occasion to discover the Old Quarter of the capital while you walk from stand to stand looking through the many products for sale.

As is the case of any market, you'll find all kinds of products for sale: foodstuff, including Andorran agricultural and artisanal products, handmade jewellery, patchwork crafts and other items, natural cosmetics, as well as other stands from local shopkeepers.

If you get hungry, you can grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants whose cuisine attracts visitors to the Old Quarter. There are plenty of them and the offer is broad. Another one of the Old Quarter's attractions is the Casa de la Vall, which is the historical seat of the Andorran Parliament, where you can take a guided tour.

Write it down! The first Saturday of every month, until October (excluding July), you have a rendez-vous with the Mercat de la Vall, from 11 A.M. to 7 P.M. in the charming Old Quarter of Andorra la Vella.

Check it out!
