In 2011, Andorra adhered to the European Countryside Agreement, which defines the countryside as “a part of the territory as the population sees it, the character of which results from the action of natural and/or human actions and the relationship between them”.
This informative display is intended to raise awareness on the concept of countryside and at the same time to explain that of Andorra. The countryside is a good educational resource because it stands us before visible signs of our surroundings. The exhibition offers the chance to see and learn to read its language.
Andorra is the country of nearby countryside, countryside within reach!
